The Keg does a corporate discount on gift cards if you’re buying in bulk. I believe it’s 5% discount on purchases over 2000$

Meh. Service was meh. Prime rib was good but salty. Drinks were meh. 3 drinks and 2 dinners with a tip was 168.00. Im good, probably won't go back.

WOW! My husband and I are SO impressed with The Keg in Kelowna. We celebrated our 7th anniversary and it is a tradition to go to our favourite place, The Keg. Due to COVID right now, we opted for take out and the whole experience was incredible from start to finish. The food was DELICIOUS and packaged so well! Anita called to confirm our order which we really appreciated and Brandon went over and above for us! We want to say THANK YOU to Kaitlyn and her AMAZING staff at The Keg in Kelowna for all that they do! We can't wait until our next anniversary!

Spoiler!! This is not a good review... this is a GREAT review!! For years I’ve been going to “The Keg” in whichever city I’m living in, and for the first time, I went to the one and only in Kelowna. Not one aspect of my experience disappointed me! Every single staff member were full of smiles, were polite, and very accommodating! The entire restaurant was very clean, and there was little to no wait time for my table! The food was fast to get to my table, and even the starter delicious bread was still warm! The filet mignon I ordered was the best I have ever eaten over the years at any Keg restaurant across Canada! Delicious, and I cannot wait to go back! Date night before the holidays was a complete success!10 stars!

OUTSTANDING FOOD - IMPECCABLE SERVICE!!!We have enjoyed dining at the Keg in house & have ordered take-out on nights we just want to eat great but at home & the Keg has gone above & beyond to ensure our satisfaction! Never seen such poor organization and service as I did here. Why is the Kitchen manager running food all night and not managing the kitchen? My steak was served by her, severely under cooked and came back a second time still undercooked. It took a third try to get the same piece of meat to finally have my supper. The server was inattentive and items like empty cocktail glasses and toothpicks from cherry’s stayed on the table and were not cleared until we left the table. All in all, a chain steak house without the same product, quality and service as experienced at many other Keg locations.

Our waitor was the best ive ever had. Made us laugh, knew when not to ask questions, anytime we needed him, he was there. Wish i knew his name and even 20 pct tip was not enough for that astounding service. He had a mask on so hard to tell but had hair on his chin with some grey. We will be returning for the service alone.

Staff and service are friendly. Food was of good quality and came in a decent time frame. Pricing good be better however it is above average so you do get what you pay for. Great idea for dinner out with friends and family or to celebrate a special occasion!

I had dinner here the other night and it was odd. All of my experiences have been wonderful, I’ve never had a problem with the food before, it’s always been good. I ordered a filet mignon with a lobster tail, as I’ve done so many times. Normally the keg adds a side of mixed vegetables (usually peppers, beans) that comes with the steak. When I received my steak I noticed there was no vegetables, just ONE small slice of roasted tomato?? I have never seen this in my life before. A slice of tomato is a weird combination to go with steak and lobster when I’ve had actual vegetables for years. When you’re paying $60 a plate, you expect a little more then that. When I asked about it I didn’t receive any answers, it was just shrugged off as that was the vegetable choice. Just weird and disappointing.

Went to the keg to use a gift card I received now that they are open. The young gal who was at the the door with her black mask on was friendly and doing her job well. HOWEVER this all went south when she asked for a phone number or email address for COVID tracking in case someone got sick in the restaurant. When I refused to give it she called a manager, again just doing her job, but at this point, I'd lost interest in ever eating at the Keg again. A restaurant has no business or legal recourse to demand personal information to eat there, or to put their employees in a position like this!

As expected delicious food and prompt service! We had the prime rib and it melted in your mouth. So good! Minor thing, the choice of music can be improved to match the ambiance. We were just a few years younger than a lot of the customers and thought that the music could have been a bit too heavy for their sake. Like I said it was minor we will definitely be back.

Decent food. Lackluster service. Booked a birthday party server was short condescending and interrupting. 10 mins for menus, 15 mins for drink service. At 8pm on a non busy night. For the experience and price tag I would have expected more engaged wait staff. Even lackluster front support no farewell or even acknowledgment. Our table hadn't been cleaned or wiped proper (concerning considering covid) there was still butter from the last customer on the surface. Overall I expected more from the "Almighty Keg"

These guys know how to cook a steak. Asked for medium and it was absolutely perfect. The twice baked potato was delicious, as well were the vegetables. Escargot had great flavour and the crostini, which was recommended by our waitress, was so good with the baked brie and pepper jelly. Service was fantastic, super friendly, and probably the best I've experienced in a while. Highly recommended!

Great place. We went here the day after Valentines day as we could not make it on the day. It was a long wait to get in, but definitely worth it. I always order the fillet, never let's me down. One time in a past visit, they messed up our order, but they rectified it, and gave us a discount. Great service.
